Established in 1947, Ecoglass is a family-run SME based in Norwich, specialising in high-quality Insulated Glass Units (IGUs) and processed glass. While the company enjoys a strong reputation in the industry, its existing brand communications and website didn’t fully convey its premium positioning.
In the absence of a dedicated in-house marketing team, Ecoglass partnered with Sonnen Marketing to refine its brand messaging and lead the development of a new website. The goal was to create a digital presence that accurately reflected the company’s expertise and premium offerings.
I facilitated a series of targeted workshops with the Ecoglass leadership team, focusing on defining their brand vision, values, and key messaging. Through this, we identified markers that position them as a premium provider. Clear themes emerged, including their commitment to quality, people, and sustainability.
Building on the insights from the workshops, I crafted website copy that aligned with Ecoglass’s premium positioning and long-term growth objectives. To ensure a cohesive visual identity, I organised a professional photoshoot to capture high-quality, brand-aligned imagery and curated an image library for consistent use across the site.
I took full responsibility for managing the website build from concept to completion. Collaborating closely with developers, I made key decisions on behalf of Ecoglass, ensuring the project was delivered on time and within budget. My involvement streamlined decision-making, resulting in an efficient and effective process.
By overseeing the entire process – from brand strategy to website launch – I brought a mix of strategic insight, content development expertise, and project management skills to the project. The new website clearly reflects Ecoglass’s premium positioning, provides clarity in its brand messaging, and ensures a seamless flow of content and imagery.
My ability to manage multiple moving parts, make strategic decisions, and keep the project on track resulted in a cohesive and high-quality online presence. This has strengthened Ecoglass’s market credibility and laid a solid foundation for long-term growth.
