Saint-Gobain Glass (SGG), a leading UK manufacturer of float glass and part of the French multinational Saint-Gobain Group, is committed to sustainability. While glass is infinitely recyclable, most window glass from commercial and residential buildings ends up in landfills or as low-value aggregate.
To change this, Saint-Gobain Glass launched Glass Forever, a dedicated glass recycling programme to collect pre- and post-consumer waste glass (cullet). To drive widespread industry adoption, they required a clear brand proposition, engaging sales collateral, and a compelling launch strategy.
the approach
VISUAL BRAND IDENTITY DEVELOPMENT
Shaping the visual brand identity and language for Glass Forever, I focused on positioning Saint-Gobain Glass as a leading authority in glass recycling, creating a distinct visual identity and messaging framework, I reinforced their role in driving sustainable change.
CONTENT AND COLLATERAL
To support the programme’s rollout, I created a suite of sales and marketing materials, ensuring clear and consistent messaging. This included brochures, presentations, and digital assets designed to engage stakeholders across the supply chain.
DIGITAL LAUNCH CAMPAIGN
Leading the digital launch campaign for Glass Forever, I produced a explanatory video, created compelling case studies – both written and video – and developed an engaging LinkedIn campaign showcasing thought leadership, videos and success stories.
the results
The success of the Glass Forever launch has made it a central pillar of SGG’s operations and marketing strategy going forward. The campaign positioned Glass Forever as a recognised name in glass recycling, driving engagement with key industry players and reinforcing the company’s commitment to sustainability.
